Hi Sebastian,
Congratulations on your website, it is pretty nice and I respect the fact how you share your knowledge about diamonds. This time I want to share my doubts about an engagement ring I am trying to buy.
This is my first time doing this and hopefully, the only one. I never imagined how overwhelming it could be. Here are the specifications of three diamonds from two different retailers, could you please give me your opinion about them:
Option 1. Cost with the ring £650
Option 2. Cost £475. cost with ring £728
Option 3. £422. cost with the ring £675
I am quite curious about the difference in cost for the first one in comparison with the others. It could be due to the second and third options are from a shop in London (I’ve done this consultation online). For the first one, it is from a shop in Antwerp in Belgium, I found their website online then I did a Skype call to get their suggestions.
The cost for the first one includes the international shipment as well. Apparently, it is a good deal but I have my reservations about that. I mean, I would like to get the best ring that I could afford with my budget. What would you do if you were me? Could you recommend any other shop?
Any information about that would be really appreciated. Thank you so much for your kind help.

I apologize for my delayed reply. And thank you for positive feedback regarding my site! The three GIA graded diamonds you selected are an excellent choice. In actuality, if I lined them all up in front of you, you would have an extremely difficult time telling them apart. With that being said, I would select one that “feels” right to you. If you want me to decide for you, I would select the option which has Excellent polish and Excellent finish, simply because you might as well choose the diamond that has triple excellence.
