Hi Sebastian, I thought I’ve hit the jackpot when I came across this one in James Allen. The more I read about your post on diamond clarity of I1 to I3, the more I become disheartened but I just could not shake it off my mind.
0.85 CARAT E-I1 EXCELLENT CUT ROUND DIAMOND
I have a tight budget of usd3000 including the setting. For that matter, I’m settling for the cheapest setting I could find in order to have more for the stone. This is the setting I’m talking about.
I’m hoping to get the best 3Ex 0.8 carat stone with E to G color that of course gives the biggest value for my money. I’m counting on your expert advice in this matter and will be open to suggestions as long as it suits my budget. Thanks a lot!

Thank you for your inquiry. I am happy to help. And I am very glad to report that you did “hit the jackpot” with the below diamond from JamesAllen.com!
0.85 CARAT E-I1 EXCELLENT CUT ROUND DIAMOND This diamond has a feather and a cloud. A cloud cannot be seen by the naked eye. The diamond received an I1 clarity grade due to the location and size of the feather on the table. As far as I am concerned, the feather is nicely camouflaged by the diamond facets and it will be very difficult to notice with an untrained eye. And it does not pose a durability concern. I would say you can purchase this diamond. Please let me know if you have any additional questions! |

Thank you so much for your help. You just made me an extremely happy woman! One last concern though. Does the stone look hazy or cloudy to you? On my computer screen it does not sparkle as brilliantly as other diamonds.

Ha! I am so happy to hear! The diamond does not look hazy or cloudy to me. |

Hi again Sebastian! I found another diamond that could be an option.
0.81 CARAT E-SI2 EXCELLENT CUT ROUND DIAMOND
Now, if compared to the previous diamond:
which one, in your expert opinion, would be a better buy?

Hello!
Diamond sku 17650790 has a very large black crystal on the table. I would not choose this one. 0.80 CARAT E-SI2 EXCELLENT CUT ROUND DIAMOND |
